    Virginia Band and Orchestra Directors' Association. District Ten Regional Band. January 31-February 2, 1975. Mount Vernon High School (Alexandria, Virginia). 33 1/3 rpm LP record album. Tristate Records, Hagerstown, Maryland. Album cover is VG with a little edge wear, bump to lower right corner. Record itself is EX condition with a couple of very minor scuffs. I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we are forced to use. Shipping is .95 in the U.S.
