This is a brass Narcotics Anonymous token.  V for 5 Years in the center on the front. On the reverse, That No Addict Seeking Recovery Need Ever Die...  My Gratitude Speaks... When I Care And When I Share With Others The NA Way.  It is 1 5/16" (34mm) in diameter.  Please use the scanned images to make your own grading judgment.  This would be a nice gift or addition to a collection.
