Photo is 3 1/4" x 5" mounted above the 3 1/2" x 3" autograph card
In order to take an exceptional picture, the glass was removed for the close up picture, so that no glare would be in the photo... then carefully replaced.  Last picture shows it complete and with the glare.
The condition, as you can see... is excellent.  Picture and autograph have been well protected under glass and sealed since 1989 (marked on back.
