  • Condition: Please see photos. Wooden clock has few scratches, some glue marks on base. Pegs in base, not attached to horse. Horse in excellent condition, with manufacturing defects only- one dark mark on mane, and narrow dark mark near left poll. Felt under clock was bent over, has been glued back into place. Placque lower edge has a few dark and sharp edges.

    Description

    This is a beautiful 50th anniversary piece made by Breyer.  It has seen very little display time.  I have owned it since 2003 and it has stayed in the box.  I put in a new battery, and the clock works.  The horse is in beautiful condition- see photos for details.  The horse is no longer attached to the base.  The clock base has few defects- please see photos.  The clock instructions and Certificate of Authenticity are included (COA).  The coloring of this fine Palomino Saddlebred is fairly dark- almost like a chocolate palomino.  His mane and tail are a very creamy color- he is quite a beauty!
    The foam inside that protects him has yellowed with age.
