I purchased this item >1 year ago and it arrived with an active Sirius subscription that has worked without interruption since then. I have access to all stations including Howard Stern etc. (see pics.)
I do not control the Sirius.com account associated with this radio, but these devices were sold with a free lifetime subscription included that is tied to the specific radio receiver so I have no reason to think that this subscription will ever expire. However I cannot guarantee this, so please bid accordingly.
