- Simanco throat plate #121392( specific for Featherweight 221)
- Hemstitcher & Pico Edger #121387 with Attachment screw. Rubber pads are in excellent condition.
- Screwdriver  #121893 - original with this attachment.
- Original instruction booklet. Has a tear on front sheet. Consistent with these instructions that are folded to put in the box.
