It is completely safe nontoxic and odorless. Compared to liquid stylus cleaning solutions this a much gentler alternative. For best results lowering your stylus into gel 2-4 times is recommended, let stylus rest on gel approximately 8 seconds each time. It will preserve and extend your stylus life as well protect your records from degradation due to a contaminated stylus. The gel puck can be removed from container and washed and will remain tacky for years.
